Elder Scrolls VI Still in Pre-production According to Employee Profile

Ever since 2018 we are waiting to walk the fields of Tamriel again. At the E3 press conference back in 2018 Betheshda announced the pre-production of the Elder Scrolls VI. If you were hoping for a release announcement this year, do not hold your breath.

A now deleted LinkedIn profile apparently showed that the game is still in pre-production, thus far away from a release. The profile was spotted by Twitter user Timur222 and read “Bethesda Games Studios sets the benchmark for open-world gaming and is currently in full production on Starfield, its first new universe in 25 years, and pre-production on the highly-anticipated The Elder Scrolls VI,”

This experience overview belongs to Fanny Manset, a employee working at Bethesda since 2016 but who switched roles last month.

It seems fair to assume that most resources are now located to Starfield and that it can take a while for us to get see some more details.
